1. Our commitment
DataFence believes everyone should be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We designed and built datafence.is with accessibility in mind, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and its accessibility regulations.
2. Standard
The website is designed to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
3. Accessibility features
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
- A "Skip to main content" link
- Semantic headings and page structure, compatible with screen readers
- Text alternatives for logos and meaningful images
- Sufficient colour contrast, with no information conveyed by colour alone
- Text that can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content
- Clearly labelled form fields with descriptive error messages
- Reduced motion for users who prefer it, and moving content that can be paused
- A responsive layout that works on mobile devices and tablets
4. Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Content provided by third parties, such as partner and client logos and external links, may not meet the same standard. We keep reviewing and improving the website.
